RBS International has also formed a sister protected cell company, Drummonds Insurance PCC Limited (Drummonds PCC). Governed by the provisions of Guernsey's Protected Cell Companies Ordinance 1997 (as amended) and The Insurance Business (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2002 (as amended), Drummonds PCC offers a cost-effective, legally robust umbrella structure.
