Q. Is Digital Banking secure?
Yes, Digital Banking is safe and secure.
Q. Who can apply for Digital Banking?
If you're a RBS International personal or business customer with a current or savings account, you can apply now.
You will need to be aged 16 and over to use the service.
Q. How do I apply?
You can apply online. Once you have submitted your application, we will send your welcome pack within 5-7 days.
Q. What do I need to log in?
The first time you log in, you will need your activation code and your customer number.
Once you have used your activation code, please destroy it.
When you enter your activation code, you will be asked to choose a PIN and password. Make sure you choose a memorable PIN and password - you will need them every time you use the service.
