Q. Is Digital Banking secure?

Yes, we've worked hard to put security at the heart of the service.

Q. Who can apply for Digital Banking?

RBS International personal customers can apply now. All you need is a current or savings account. You will also need to be over 16 to use the service.

Q. How do I apply?

Simply sign-up online. Submit your application and we will send your welcome pack within 5-7 days.

Q. What do I need to log in?

The first time you log in, you will need your activation code and your customer number.

Once you have used your activation code, you should destroy it.

When you enter your activation code, you will be asked to choose a PIN and password. Make sure you choose a memorable PIN and password - you will need these every time you use the service.
